A data subject may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a newsletter email or by contacting contact@surromind.ai. Upon receiving such a request, the Company will remove the relevant information from its newsletter distribution list and delete it from the subscriber mailing list.

In accordance with applicable laws, the Company confirms whether recipients wish to maintain their consent every two years from the date on which consent was obtained.

The Company may use cookies and similar automated collection technologies to analyze website usage and improve its services.

The Company does not install advertising or remarketing tags by default. If the Company later implements Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, or other analytics or advertising tags, it will first determine the actual categories of information collected, purposes of use, retention periods, and available opt-out methods, and will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant consent procedures accordingly.

A data subject may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and may withdraw consent at any time.

The Company may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requester or the authority of a representative and will respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws.

When exercising these rights, data subjects and their representatives must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe the privacy or other rights of another person.

The Company implements necessary administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These measures include managing access privileges, limiting the number of personnel authorized to process personal information, and conducting security reviews.
