Find Relevant Information Even When the Wording Differs
RAG (retrieval augmented generation) retrieves relevant documents before generating an answer from their content. SURRO Q&A combines keyword and semantic search, then reranks the results to prioritize relevant information. Its enterprise search stays within the documents each user is permitted to access.
